James "Top Gun" Lewis is another proud member of our military and Bike Sherpa Elite team.  A US Navy pilot (when are you going to tell us your super-cool call-sign name?), James is an Iraq War veteran and currently the Commanding Officer of the Navy Operational Support Center, West Palm Beach.  According to James,he got the tri-bug about 6 years ago and now thousands of dollars and dozens of races later, he's still fascinated by this obsession .. err ... sport!

James says he shaved his head before it was cool (uh, cool is a relative term -- but it looks good on you) and claims to make a mean batch of home-brew (both beer and wine) as well as a having a top secret killer recipe for homemade Clif Bars.  A tech-geek who won't go to the mailbox without his Garmin Forerunner, James is adding a few more tools (toys) to his arsenal this season (Ergomo powermeter & PowerCranks) as he preps for his first IM (Lake Placid) later this year.  We're glad to have James on the team and looking forward to great season from him.
